Comfy work shoes that aren't ugly, are there any?

I'm not keen on the Hotter shoes. Has anyone found a nice shoe that can be worn with jeans for someone who's on their feet a lot?

I'm a support worker and am up and down all the time. The shoes I have are comfy and I got them from Next years ago. But they'll need replacing soon. I may try Next again but wondered if anyone else has seen any that maybe have a bit of arch support but aren't hideous? TIA

I love toms, they are so comfy! Not practical for winter though.

Are they any use for driving?
