Conditioner for dry, frizzy hair

I loathe my hair - it is dry, prone to frizz and has quite a loose wave. I have used Fudge conditioner for a couple of years but fancy a change. I have tried Tigi before which was ok but not great at combating the frizz.

Budget doesn't quite stretch to Kerastase (unless someone has found it in a 'magically cheap products' website) - I was thinking Paul Mitchell but wanted some opinions first!

Anyone care to give some recommendations/ ones to avoid?

Thanks!

I really like Tresemme, there is one with Aragon Oil in it and its very good.
