50 days to sort my cellulite - ha ha

Does anyone have any top tips on improving the appearance of cellulite that don't cost the earth?

In 50 days we go on holiday and whilst I've recently lost nearly a stone in preparation and hope to lose a bit more, the cellulite, especially on my thighs (front and back) is disgusting. I have cellulite on cellulite I think. It's not just a dimple effect when I squeeze the flesh, it's there, lumpy and porridgey all the time.

I'm looking for exercise, diet, body brushing type tips that have worked for you, rather than expensive lotions and potions.

We're going on holiday with another family, the mother of whom is a size 10 fitness instructor - that's what's focussing my mind Smile

So, anything you'd recommend? All help greatly appreciated!

Can't really help but I did find drinking heaps of water seemed to improve the appearance of my legs. Though that may have been wishful thinking.. Enjoy the break and forget about your dimples - noone else will notice them!

Body brushing before shower, start at ankle and long sweeping firm strokes upwards.
Then a good body scrub in the shower 3x a week.
I've been using this and it is very good.

yes, lots of water and little/no alcohol/caffeine

Oh and I have used the Mama Mio Get waisted before now and found it very effective.
This could work, has good reviews?

I did notice that low carbing improved my dimply thighs...maybe because it flushes out lots of fluid. Only problem is that if you eat loads of carbs on holiday (and let's face it, don't we all it Blush ?)
it can all go straight back on again!!! You'd look amazing on day 1 though Grin

Thanks everyone. I've started trying to up my water intake and cutting back on carbs already. Will go and get a bodybrush and some body scrub to see if that helps.

Leverette what's the squat challenge? How many/how often! I've tried to up my walking but need something a bit more vigorous I think.
