Hair style for shoulder length hair - what's fashionable now?

I'm having a haircut tomorrow, spur of the moment thing, there was a slot available when I walked past the hairdresser tonight. What should I ask for, what's fashionable? Nothing too outrageous.

bob bob bob, had mine done this week (i'd had long hair all of my life and fancied a change) very trendy at the moment so the hairdresser told me and its really easy to manage and less hassle to wash and dry

is it a layered bob or very sharp one tlv?

I've had a kind of bob done today. Very layered and with a fringe that goes smoothly into the longer hair at the side. My hair is naturally a bit wavy and i wanted something realistic to manage on a daily basis, i.e. no straightening. Looks nice. Not a huge change, just tidier appearance.

quite sharp, i used to have poker straight hair and now (must be coz i'm older Grin) it goes wavy and I do have to use straightners
