Am looking for something to brighten up my slightly dull looking teeth. They're not badly stained at all, but I would quite like them to be more toward the white side of things than beigey/yellowy.

I know people say the best thing to use are strips like Crest but I am pretty scared of them! Really don't want to damage my teeth.
Equally reluctant to spend £££ on toothpastes which seem to do naff all.

Magic solution please? Or do I resign myself to probably taking out a loan in order to pay the dentist to do it?

Have you had a really good scale and polish? My hygienist uses a bicarbonate treatment too and that made a big difference to mine
