Where do you go to get help with hairstyles?

My hair is awful. My second dd is 7 months and I'm just looking awful and the grey is coming through fast. I think its the new hair regrowing postnatal-y.

Anyway, it is coloured at the hairdressers, in one all over colour and looks horrible as it grows out and colour changes

I need help on style and colour. The HD isn't the right place as my stylist (or any others I've had) want to commit to recommending a style.

Any ideas how I solve this?

Where do you live Skinny? I think just finding a great stylist who understands you and how you want to look will make all the difference. I'm a bit evangelical about this as I heart my stylist and trust him completely and look 10 years younger. Grin

find someone who has great hair cut and colour and ask where they go
take some pics of styles you like as well and have a proper consultation

I'm in south west Surrey/ Hampshire border. How do you find a great stylist like that? Yours sounds great!

Funnily enough I'm in Hampshire too but I travel to Manchester to get my hair done. It used to be convenient when I lived there. I only get my hair cut twice a year though so it's not too bad. If you wanted to make a weekend of it, he is very highly recommended.

I need someone to tell me what style and colour suits me. I'm a bit rubbish at these things !
