At a time when my life was a mass of stresses I used Udo's oil - just tipped at little over whatever I was eating, like adding a dash of olive oil - 3 months on I have the longest and strongest nails I've had for years.
So I'm wondering what else might be worth trying for general health/feel good/beautifying purposes.
I'm in my 50s and quite healthy, and most of my stresses have now passed.
