Eat a healthy diet and take a vitamin b complex and sea kelp.

You can't make healthy hair out of chips and cake.

Take iron and vitamin d supplements and have regular trims.

There is a shampoo available called Fast from Boots - not used it myself, though.

Thanks, consider my die at healthy, but my hair is also very curly so even when long appears to be shorter than it really is.
I will have a look at the vitamins b, d and iron, also google sea kelp, but I am sceptical about shampoo too...

I started taking sea kelp to encourage my hair to grow for my wedding. It took about 3 months to really notice a difference, but I REALLY noticed! I have always had incredibly fine, straight hair and it became thick and wavy! I wholeheartedly recommend it, but do persevere as it takes a little while to get into your system.

I have fine, curly, fizzy hair...
I will buy it tomorrow

Biotin really worked for me after I finished chemo it seemed to make my hair grow faster.

Ojon shampoo works for me. Took several months, but I have thicker hair now (30s) than I did in my 20s!

This sea kelp is good

It's a one a day tablet, the holland and Barrett one was six tablets a day.

I am taking Sea Kelp for some time, hair is still quite thin but I can see new hair growing and I believe my hair would be worse if i didn't use it.
