Neck toners!!!!

I'm seriously considering buying one - I'm fed up with my neck, I don't appear to have a 'proper' jawline, there's no definition there, oh how to explain it! Anyway I'm thinking one if these will at least give me some 'profile' & perhaps stop me from looking like this:

Even if they make a slight difference in time, think it will raise my self esteem.

I have often wondered this too so will be watching with interest. I've tried facial toning exercises but they don't seem to make any difference to my jowls
