I saw a skirt I wanted to buy in White Stuff today. They did not have my size so the assistant advised me I could try buying it online. When I got home, however, and looked online, they do not have the skirt I like for sale. Interestingly, I have come across it in a photo teamed up with a cardigan but it is the cardigan that is being sold.
I have emailed customer services, and received no reply.
Is this a common experience? It seems crazy to me that a) they do not sell their full range online (subject to availability obviously) and b) they do not respond to customer emails.
