Evening dresses: Best place for larger ladies?

I'm looking for a really glam dress for a friend. She's 5ft 3 and size 24

I'm not sure of quality of fabrics on line.

Can anyone recommend a reputable retailer please?

Hi there they've sold out of evening dresses in my friend's size. Most annoying.

How much is she willing to spend?. Kiyonna.com and Igigi.com are American sites catering for larger sizes but can get expensive with P&P. I bought a dress from Kiyonna for a wedding and it is perfect. Great customer service too.
