holiday cruise & stay

Going on a cruise and stay holiday in July.
Brought this dress from Hobbs, size 16 34f/g norks and 5" 2 in height.
Please could you suggest accessories to ensure it is suitable for formal night (Looks lovely from the front but I can see down the front from above and if I bend forward massive cleavage)Im embarrassed about showing too much. Ideas and tips welcome

Which cruise line? It may not be formal enough.

Thomson Eastern Mediterranean cruise, Cruise for one week think there is only one formal night. Then a weeks stay on corfu. I tried lots of dresses on in the House of Fraser store but this was the style that fitted the best.
