What on earth am I supposed to do with my hair? (frizzy/wavy/damaged so much from hot straightening irons/re-growth from labour)

Just that. I have spent YEARS straightening my hair and my hair has finally had enough. I would like to try and straighten only the fringe. But what about the rest? I THINK I have tried every product out there but frankly it looks like a wavy, gross and ugly mess. It is driving me crazy. Apparently AVEDA products are good, but they are so expensive and from what I can see need to be purchased online. Are there any other products or ideas you can suggest?

tia...in anticipation......

Have a look on this thread. I've just completed the treatment. It's amazing!

Aveda are pretty good at giving samples especually if you are unsure so I would recommend going and asking. i use the damage remedy of conditioners and have been buying for over a year now.
