Seriously, how hard can this be? I feel the cold so I need a jacket but I just can't find one!
I would like to look put together with a touch of retro; in reality I do school run scruff in a parka with hair round the hood 
. I'm 33, about 5'9'', loooong body, size 10, fairly broad shoulders. Too short jackets look stupid. Too long ones flap around and look like coats. Boxy collars make me look like an air hostess. I can't seem to pull off casual blazers. I hate jackets with breast pockets, I don't much like single zips. I'm not really a studs kind of person. I do love knitwear. That's about it. Oh and what the hell do you wear on top of a maxi skirt when it's a bit nippy?
Am I a hopeless case?
