HELP! Substitute for New Look super skinny jeans?

LauraPashley · 15/06/2013 19:23

I have been living in these for the past 2 years - they fit my short stumpy leg length, are a nice dark blue colour, don't break the bank and are really flattering. They are PROPER denim not that crappy super soft stuff. And they are not selling them anymore!!! Sad Sad Angry

Actually I need a panic emotion, as I have no clue what I can buy instead - can anyone help??

I'd suggest next but am not sure if I'll be shot at dawn....

Try Asda, they won't last as long as New Look, but are prob bout half the price so work out okay. They have either short or petite length so hopefully you'll find a length that works.

Thank you both so much.

Have to confess most of my jeans came from next before I discovered these new look ones!

Uniqlo? Mind you mine are long on me and I'm 5'6". But if you live near a store I think they alter them free might be wrong it has been known

They are really nice and stretchy.

Primark does proper jeans style super skinnies, they have various leg lengths and they're very reasonably priced too.

Corygal · 16/06/2013 20:12

I'm seconding Primark but size up - they come up smaller than NL.

NB you can now buy them on ASOS

PuppyMummy · 16/06/2013 20:16

you could try river island or I have some similar sounding ones from miss selfridge but they are more of a jeggin.
I also have proper denim stretchy skinnies from Red herring at Debenhams.

LauraPashley · 19/06/2013 22:49

Thank you again! I think you are right re uniqlo but sadly am MILES from one! I like any other clothes I've had from red herring, will def give that a go. Has anyone tried gap jeans? They have a 50% sale on!
