YABU-for posting this here when there is a style and beauty section. Get yourself over there for some good advice-neither of those dresses will do anything for your figure-you are far too booby for the 2nd one.

LeGavrOrf · 15/06/2013 14:24

God no to the first one now I have seen it on the model.

And the second one, you would have to be stick thin, petite and probably in your twenties to pull off what looks like an ingenue dress.

Just to be an annoying pain(and yes I should have posted on S and B didn't this little number ^

I'm in my late 20's but not stick thin (love Biscuit and Wine too much)

YABU to post this in AIBU.

That said, the second one. The third one looks like something an 18 yo would wear to marry one of The Stones.

Crumbledwalnuts · 15/06/2013 14:40

The first one. Second will be very unreliable.

Crumbledwalnuts · 15/06/2013 14:40

The first one looks like money and class, the second looks like New Look.

50shadesofpink · 15/06/2013 14:44

2nd one. It's lovely.

garlicnutty · 15/06/2013 14:51

Oh, yeah, OP! The Lipsy dress is lovely! Sexy while classy, and the lace neckline should flatter your boobage without looking desperate. Good find :)

specialsubject · 15/06/2013 14:54

first one a joke. Fashion victim.

second one better IF you have suitable underwear, unlike the model. Bit of a sack of spuds job though.

garlicnutty · 15/06/2013 14:55

I agree with Crumbledwalnuts, though, the first dress looks "like money". What sort of impression do you wish to create, Jimbob?

RazzleDazzleEm · 15/06/2013 15:01

1st one. Simple clean and elegant. Second looks more regular, seen lots of dresses round like that, nothing special about it.

RazzleDazzleEm · 15/06/2013 15:03

First one a joke!! Its a plain ish dress FFS. Fashion victim! I have seen more dresses that scream fashion victim than a simple clean dress.

lydiamama · 15/06/2013 15:03

U am going too be too bold, the first one is horrible. I quite like the second, it is very chic, I would love it for myself [grinI

Ashoething · 15/06/2013 15:05

Lipsy one is horrible too-sorry but it looks cheap and nasty. You sound like you have a lovely figure so keep looking-over on s&b!

HintofBream · 15/06/2013 15:08

First one, but ditch the belt the model is wearing, it ruins it.

garlicnutty · 15/06/2013 15:09

Oh dear, Ashoe, I need to hone my ideas about 'classy' Grin

RazzleDazzleEm · 15/06/2013 15:10

Yes ditch belt on 1st one. Do you want to blend in or stand out.
Loads of sales on at mo am sure you can do much better.
Do not like Lispey agree it looks cheap.

freddiefrog · 15/06/2013 15:16

I agree, if you've got large boobs, the 2nd one wouldn't do you any favours, I think you've got to be a bit flatter of chest for that sort of dress to suit you

I liked the Lipsy one from the front, but I really don't like the back with the gap

Tee2072 · 15/06/2013 15:22

Lipsy is crap. Don't shop there.

2nd one.

I didn't like the first one straight away but it's grown on me.

Like the third but not in the colours offered.

McNewPants2013 · 15/06/2013 16:59

I don't like any of them sorry

bottleofbeer · 15/06/2013 17:10

The first one looks like something the queen mother would have worn.

The second one is a bit meh tbh, nothing special about it.

The third one is very 90's.

You're a size 12 in your twenties, there's much better dresses out there!

PearlyWhites · 15/06/2013 17:49

The second one is the first link a mistake?
