Do I need Philip Kingsley elasticizer in my life?

It's on offer at the moment, huge 1 litre size for £60 on QVC with 4 easy pays.

My hair is fine but lots of it with a natural wave and tendency to frizz. I straighten the life out of it so heat and highlights has taken its toll. At the moment it is dry on the ends, its not overly greasy so I only wash twice a week.

I don't mind paying out for something that works! General feedback seems good but I wanted to get some honest opinions on here, ta in advance!.

I agree with the bit about the P&P valium (I'm a regular customer I should have some sort of dispensation by now Angry ) but........

I CBA going to make-up/cosmetic customers and looking through endless rows of lipsticks or pencils.
And I find Sales people in the big stores really intimidating and /or overbearing.

So I like to see a Bare Minerals foundation demonstrated 3 or 4 times before I decide to buy it.

I do the online research too. Some things come up cheaper on Ebay/Amazon . Other stuff (especially kits or multipacks are better on QVC) And I don't buy stuff with the intention of sending it back. That's what really racks up the P&P.

How do you apply the coconut oil for dry hair?

valiumredhead · 15/06/2013 20:08

I use bare minerals and I watch for tips, but always buy on Ebay for half the price!Wink

I use coconut oil on the ends of my hair then wash out in the morning. If you apply shampoo BEFORE adding water you won't be left with greasy hair. It's such a lovely conditioner I buy my tubs from the baby section in waitrose.

Thank you Thanks I'll definitely be giving that a try, I suffer from chronically dry hair.

I'd be surprised if it doesn't help, if it's really dry slather it on all over and sleep on a towel!
