tell me about lady vintage dresses.....

I am 5ft 6, size16-18, broad shouldered, weight everywhere but mainly on belly and bum. Are they flattering, what is sizing like, do you need the net petticoat so they hang right? What style would suit my shape best, if any?

Well now...my friend is about 5.4 and a size 18 and she's not narrow shouldered and she wore one on her wedding...it looked lovely to be honest. She had high heels on...it was a full 50s skirt in a silky fabric with net underneath and the top was almost a wrapover style.

Do you have a waist? I know you DO but does it show if you know what I mean? If you do then it can look great.

yes! And consider wearing a stomach control thingy...they really make a massive diff.
