Product to fade red mark left by spot

I've got a mark on my cheek from a recent spot, one that I probably picked too much The skin there has been a bit dry so have been using 8 hour cream on it. Does anyone know of any products that will fade the mark quicker? I have a few others that are much older and more faint, it would be good to even out my complexion a bit though.
