Heat protection for white hair

Advice needed. I have almost completely white hair. It was prematurely white but at 50 this year I'm growing into it :). I like it, particularly when it's shiny and well cut.

However my old styling mousse was discontinued and I can't find a replacement that doesn't start turning my hair yellowy.

I blow dry my hair and use straighteners to keep it tidy but really need something to protect it which won't make it brassy.
I've asked my hairdresser to recommend products but she doesn't seem to take me seriously. I think she sees white hair and thinks old lady.
Can anyone help me?

I bought Phillip Kingsley Swimcap for my DD (very long hair)
It protects against UVA and chlorine.

M&S do a Range of his products. Worth a look?

My hair is completely snow white too, has been since my thirties.
What are you using that turns it brassy? I have never had that problem. I use a leave in conditioner, Charles Worthington at the moment but have used others, & a James Brown mousse if I want a bit of lift, from Boots. But I've used all sorts over the years, Tressame, John Frieda, Elvive etc without any yellowing.
I do have to watch out for anything that states " removes brassiness" aimed at blondes as they are often purple & I do not want a purple rinse effect, which they can give on white hair, Shock

I think touch of silver do styling products, I used it years ago when I was blonde to counteract bras sinless.

Paul Mitchell used to do a blue shampoo, as did aveda. It doesn't make the hair blue tinged it just takes the yellow away.

Thank you all.
I do use L'Oreal's shampoo for silver hair which works well. The problem appears to come when I use styling products. I wondered if there were any formulated for white hair.
