Accessories to go with purple dress

I have a ball to go to and I've decided to wear a floaty purple knee length dress. I'm going to wear nude shoes, possibly an orange pashmina, but what jewellery should I wear with it?

Any suggestions of style/shop that's stylish? The dress isn't what I wanted to wear, but the biccies won so want to improve it with the accessories. Is an orange pashmina ok, or tacky?

I think any sort of wrap just ends up being a faff when you are out and also makes people think you must be chubby and trying to hide itSo I'd just wear the dress alone with confidence.

Orange cold be good with purple though- shoes? Or a funky bag? But I also agree about gold, or possibly silver or pewter depending on the tone of the purple.

I wore it with orange wedges to a wedding a couple of years ago, but thought the nude shoes are bit more 'ball'. I agree with you re the wrap, was just thinking I may get cold! It's a sort of cadbury's purple...

I normally wear the same jewellery everyday, so not sure what's stylish.

It's knee length with straps and v shaped neckline. So I think a necklace would be good, maybe bracelet, but no earrings?
