Laser hair removal....Soprano XL is it really painless and how effective is it compared to other lasers?

I have finally decided to take the plunge and get laser hair removal BUT I am a total wuss and I have a super low pain threshold!

I was very excited to find out that it is possible to get pain free laser, however I am quite dubious as to whether it is in fact pain free. I am also wondering if it is effective?

Very painless but due to work situation I ended up buying a machine and do it at home.

I keep toying with the idea. Are the things you buy any good?

Its working for me, probably taking longer than getting it done but I find it a lot more convenient.
