Advice about my hair!

I have very long, quite bushy/wavy - all one length - brown hair that only looks good if dried and straightened!

I'm recently back to work after maternity leave and have no time to spend half an hour doing this everyday. Therefore, my hair looks a state!

I would love some advice about a hair cut/ product that could help me make it look half decent. My partner has said he would pay for a restyle, or treatment for my birthday but I've got no clue.

I'm a size 18 and would like to have reasonably long hair but other than that I'm open to suggestions!

Please help! Thank you

Have you tried the 'no poo' thing?

My hair was very dry and bushy and I stopped washing with shampoo and only used conditioner, and it was amazing how much smoother it was :)

If it's long, can you not wear it up in a clip thing?

I don't know whether layers would make it look better or worse, it depends on the texture of it, doesn't it? :)

I've never just used conditioner! I'll give that a go! Thanks.

I'm not keen at having it up, I like to hide behind it I suppose!
