Can anyone recommend a hairdresser in Glasgow/Lanarkshire/Ayrshire?

Just that really! After years of having low maintenance, thick, curly hair, 2 DCs have left me with much thinner hair (though to be fair, it is still pretty thick) which is wavy some days and straight others. I had it cut short and (tucked behind my ears so looked cropped) but it starts to puff up and look Mumsy if am and about so I think I need to bite the bullet and get a proper crop but am scared if I cut it above my ears it will just grow out the way!

I live in Ayrshire but would be happy to travel (within reason) if anyone can recommend? Thanks!

Oh - South side is handy in fact! Just to be nosey - do you have straight hair? Am keen for someone who can handle waves!

Wavy/curly and v v thick hair !! Audrey can handle it, actually asked a lady who did her hair it was lovely and she recommended Audrey so passing it on, good luck.

Tina Reilly at Tina Reilly in partick is lovely and does very nice short hair styles on my wavy hair. Really nice neighbourhood salon, lovely staff.

I used to live in Partick Chickpeach so many happy memories there!

I like Wylie and Flannagan in East Kilbride. They cut hair to suit your face, not just to fit a fashion if you know what I mean.

Also the head stylist has a really good trendy crop.

Belle & Blackley in Hope Street (Glasgow City centre) is fab!

Hi, I'm thinking of using that new hair salon in Finnieston, called BLOW - has anyone tried these guys, I'd like to hear from someone who has had highlights done there and if you would recommend for someone over 40! Thanks
