I know I'm being a complete numpty, but why can't I get anything to come out?

I've twisted and twisted the base, given it a shake, and nothing. I can hear the liquid sloshing so it's not empty.

What am I doing wrong?

Anyone?

I know it's not the most helpful reply but it is so much easier to tidy them up with a tiny brush (like an eye liner brush) dipped in polish remover.

On QVC the reviews for the Leighton Denny Cuticle oil pen say the same thing.
Why not email Leighton and see if you can get a refund?

No idea about the Body Shop one.
I use OPI Avolplex oil in the normal 'nail polish' bottle with a brush

Oooh is it the nail varnish remover pen?
Blush (Numpty 70)

Thanks, Gobblers. I've bought the damn things now, and would like to be able to apply them :-).

I bet it's something really obvious that I just can't see Blush

Ok I did get the Leighton Denny one from QVC, as part of a set. I think I will ring QVC up and see what they say.

I also have the Body Shop one and I have the same problem - nothing comes out Angry
