Does anyone wear the closed toe Birkenstocks?

Probably neither stylish nor beautiful but regardless of that I have terrible feet. I love Birkenstocks and live in their sandals all summer.

I hate wet toes though and since last years sandals are in good nick I am thinking of getting the closed toes ones this year for warm wet days.

Just wondering if they are as comfortable as the sandals or do they need a bit of breaking in?

I've got closed toed Birkenstocks as in London Birkenstocks.

Not sandals at all but easy to wear and not hot and sticky in the summer.

Looks down at open toed Birkies with affection....bless them.

I have a pair of Birkenstock clogs. I got them abroad and they are very comfy. Only wear them with jeans though.
