Need advice about dying my hair after using colour b4

Hello everyone
I used colour b4 last night, very happy as its got rid of the unwanted dark reddish brown. I used to have lovely light blonde hair (bleached highlights) before I went dark & id love to get back to that. My natural colour is mousy blonde (not that ive seen it in a long time). After using colour b4 my hair is now a brassy dark blond colour which I expected with having bleached hair before & then having red. Anyways ive looked everywhere for level 1 non permanent 8wash colour (which instructions advise) in ash blond to cover the brassy colour & I can only find 24wash semi permanent. If I leave it 4 a week or 2 for my hair to settle, can I then go ahead & dye my hair permanent clairol nice & easy 88 Natural ultra light ash blond?? I did make sure I bought a colour with ash in the title & it is a shade lighter than I want (which is also advised) I just want to make sure it gets rid of my brassy tones. Tia :)

I think the advice is to leave your hair for 24-48 hours before putting any further dye on it once you've used colourb4. My sister waited 24 hours before putting a permanent dye on and it came out fine.
