Where can I buy white cycling shorts?

Hi, they are for my daughter for under her summer skirts and dresses. She's either an age 13 or adult size 8.
I've found loads of leggings full and three quarter length, but no shorts.

You want lycra shorts, search for that. Don't call them cycling shorts unless you want padding.
