Boots corn silk powder - matt or satin

I've read good things about this but have no idea which type to get.

Which do you have/prefer/recommend? Matt, semi matt or satin?

I have combination 40 year old skin.

I like all of them, but if you tend to get a shiny nose then I'd go for matt or semi matt - the satin is very 'glowy' looking IME.

It is a very good powder if you are referring to the loose powder but I gave up buying it because every one I bought the lid cracked and split in two after a short time. The puff they supply is rubbish, I used to decant it and apply with a kabuki brush. Lovely powder, rubbish packaging.

I wrote to them and never heard back.

I always decanted it into an old fashioned powder holder my mum gave me and used a nice big powder brush with it. Can't be arsed with that now and just use Mac blot powder :)

I am going to buy the compressed one.
