Black dress suitable for breastfeeding?

MrsGubbins · 03/06/2013 18:06

Please can you help me find a black dress (for a funeral, so not slinky etc) that I can feed in.

I also need to order it online so it can be waiting for when I get back to the UK next week...

thanks in advance, can't think straight and won't have time for shopping before the funeral.

what size? I have a black cotton jersey sleeveless/wide strap BOOB one in 8/10, you'd need to wear a cardigan/jacket over it obviously but you're welcome to it if it's any good. May be too casual though (but under a jacket I think it would work).

JoJo have this:

Very similar to mine but short sleeves. They also have a top which would work with a skirt/trousers. It's difficult to find formal breastfeeding stuff that's not a party dress.

thank you wing, such a kind offer but I'm a 12. that jojo could be suitable. I'll probably have to order a few (when I find them) and choose when I get back.

I've got this and it would be fine for a funeral IMO. Also now half price.

Sorry for your loss. Sad

How about this?

I find wrap styles are really good for BFing- wear a vest top underneath and pull that up and you can feed discreetly. Plus not usually as expensive as actual specialist breastfeeding clothes.

Meant to say sorry for your loss.

thankyou I like them both.
