smart casual jersey dress?

Can someone help me find some lovely dresses? I am 5 foot 5, size 6-8 and not at all curvy - no bust, no waist, no hips!! would love some easily washable smart-ish dresses that I can wear for work and looking nicer than jeans at weekend. knee length,modest ish on the bust and not too expensive! have looked but am drawing a blank

I'm size 8 too. 5ft 3. I liked it as it was plain and of jersey material. I don't shop much in the uk (for want of time more than anything!) so when I was recently in Germany for work reasons and I had an hour spare I went looking!

yes, that sort of thing would be great! I'm struggling a bit because although I can be a bit casual at work (I'm not public facing), I do have to look 'professional' (I'm a lawyer's. Everything I find is too short or too revealing! leggings at work are a no go.

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm sure the gurus of s&b will be along soon to recommend something. I found some of the stuff at h&m rather thin so quite unforgiving of tummies etc! This was quite nice.
