Cotton dress with short sleeves for over 40's?

I can't wear above knee and don't want to look 60.

Most cotton dresses are sleeveless

I am going somewhere hot and quite conservative this summer so I have found a couple of cotton dresses with cap sleeves in peopletree. I thought they were going to be very frumpy but they are actually ok. I might even wear them in UK

I am jealous that your upper arms can still be bared without looking flubby. Mine went flubby in last few months :( (age 45).
