This is giving me a headache...Have coloured my hair with Nice and Easy semi-permanent 76 for months and now seem to have a fair bit of colour build up, despite my thinking that was only a risk with permanent colour. Seems this stuff is technically a demi, rather than a semi and actually never really fades out properly.
What I'd really like are caramel highlights (I'm naturally medium brown), but a few months ago a professional colourist attempted this and the highlights went orange. Went back, she applied some toner, happened again. Never had the courage to try again so carried on home colouring.
Longwinded tale, but my question is should I use Colour B4 then take the result back to the salon and attempt highlights again?
I love the shine the semi gives me but I'm way too dark for my skin and pine for long gone blonder days.
Please advise me, for goodness' sake before I drive myself mad...
