Quick opinions on this dress to wear to weddings, please!

I'm going to two weddings this summer - no overlap, so same outfit will do for both. I'm Size 22, 5'9'' hourglass.

I did already have a dress in mind but have just seen this and, though not usually an Anna Scholz fan, thought it looked a possible. The price is about right for what I wanted.

Any quick views one way or the other, please. I don't need suggestions for an alternative, unless anyone has something really unmissable!

I like it.

It's nice, but the length at just below the knee might be a bit frumpy. Also, £189 for something unlined is quite a bit of money. I would want fully lined for that price!

Wow! I didn't notice the price!! I would NEVER pay that much for a dress, even if I could wear it to two weddings.

I am size 22 and 5ft10. I dont think peplum suits my shape really.

TigOldBitties · 31/05/2013 15:49

I think its a bit drab, and a bit of a funny length, looks like workwear to me.

BackforGood · 31/05/2013 15:51

I think it's nice - definitely not frumpy!
I too would be very distressed at the price, but if you have the money... Smile

Wow, some different opinions here.

Am happy to pay that for two weddings and, I hope, for some smart occasions after that if it's right.

Unsure about peplum myself - could be unflattering. Would then return it.

I can easily get the length altered if necessary - have a great alterations lady over the road.

Any more views??
