Can anyone help me find a pleated dress like this please?

I saw a pic of a dress a couple of weeks ago and bookmarked it, but can't find it now

It had a really high neckline, it was like a band round the neck, bit like a halterneck but back and front if you see what I mean, it was quite loose fitting finishing just above the knee, I think it had a basic shift dress underneath, with chiffon-type fabric over which was pleated all the way from neck to hem, in a blush/pinky colour

If you can work out what on earth I mean from that, then has anyone seen one on their travels

The neck was like that, but the pleats were straight if that makes sense

But didn't have the cleavage gap and was a pale pink/blush
