I need a dark-coloured summer skirt to live in for the next few months - any recommendations??

Casual rather than tailored, knee-ish length, flattering to a smallish-waisted, big-hipped shape. I'm on maternity leave and breastfeeding so my usual summer clothes diet of dresses and more dresses is out! Any tip-offs very gratefully received Smile

I would try white stuff or fat face- and size down in the former. They aren't great quality but they often have a good range.

Yes i noticed White Stuff have lots of casual skirts.

You could also look online at Boden, they do do some plain stuff.

Asos have some very cheap jersey midi skirts in plain colours .. like black and a few bolder orange and red ones. I am going to order the black full skirted midi :) it's only £20 and I think it will hide my hips and do me for a next few months!

I am in a very similar boat, I'm really not a trousers person and spent the winter in denim mini skirts and leggings. I am thinking maxi skirt!

I like the crinkle cotton ones but usually longer length like this
