I've always worn a 36b, now it doesn't fit right. So I tried a 32c but that doesn't fit either.

I'm 31 under bust and 36 over, unless I do the bendy over thing and I'm 38... What does that equate to?!?

Yep, try a 30F, 30FF, 32F and a 32E.

Yup, agree with Sorrel et al - 30F/FF or 32E/F most likely. Have a loot ot bratabase or the bra band project where you will find women posting some pics of their true bra sizes. 30E
