Looking for a long, jersey, maxi skirt

I find the length to be fine on me, I'm 5'5 but I am all legs and no body and they fall nicely. One of the girls at work has the black one, she is similar height to you at a guess and it's long enough on her. I know they did a petite one, maybe they did a tall one too if you are concerned.

I wear low top Converse with mine.

What tops are you all wearing with these long skirts? Quite fancy them for the summer, but being a bit podgy round the middle I don't just want to wear a fitted t-shirt (which are probably what everyone's wearing with them).

Pretty much, Boris tbh. I sometimes wear a slouchy one, but only with a cropped and fitted denim or leather jacket over to pull me in!

I've been wearing a fitted t-shirt, or I've got a couple of crochet jumpers that are fitted and I wear them over a vest top and I have, also, got some 3/4 sleeve sweatshirts, ageing quite fitted.

On my feet I have worn ballet pumps or my Converse, depending on what top I have on. If it ever warms up I shall drag out my leather flip flops.

I wore a grey sweatshirt with my black skirt today. I got them to wear with stripey tops.
I don't think your top needs to be too fitted but I wouldn't wear anything too long with it. They look great with a denim jacket.

I got a lovely jersey maxi from Top Shop last year which covers my 35ins legs .

Gibber, is the stripey skirt see through? I was going to buy it today but was a bit worried about my knicks showing through!

I haven't actually worn the striped one out yet. I wear them with flip flops and vest tops as summer wear and summer seems to forgotten us.

Don't get Primark. I got the ten quid navy and white striped one and its not flattering (wish I could have been bothered to queue up for changing rooms)

Coco the stripey one isn't see through. I usually wear nude Knicks under it though so there isn't a problem anyway.

I like simple delicate vests tucked in with mine; I often wear a cropped leather jacket too.
