Stupid bloody shop!

I ordered a few things THREE weeks ago where it automatically defaulted me to Monthly Payment which I never ever do.

They won't deliver to a work address and the Customer Service helpline said that they can't change the payment type now and I have to go onto Monthly Payment as I selected it, which I didn't, and it will charge me £1.75 which I object to.

Also delivery will take up to six days as of today so that's basically a month in waiting. Grrr.

I think their system is having some issues

They charged me for 2 items & then only sent one a week later
The paperwork says monthly pay but I've already paid on my credit card

Never ever had a problem with H&M online and have ordered from them a fair bit.

They do split orders and the odd thing can take a while to arrive. But they clearly mark this in your shopping basket under each individual item it'll say 'in stock' or 'estimated delivery...'. It's your own stupid fault if you can't read it before you place an order! Never come across monthly payment option or an issue with codes and I use those all the time.

The only issue I have with H &M is their sizing.

I placed an order on 11 may. it was allegedly dispatched on 16th. no tracking info yet. no idea when or if it will come. I always say never again then get tempted by the discount codes.....which have used quite alot of times.

Hmm well I ordered something from them 6 weeks ago for an occasion that passed a fortnight ago. The delivery date has moved back numerous times and there has been no communication to say so, its only if I log on I can see the date changing. Does the word 'estimated' mean they can change it by weeks legitimately blob or is that me being stupid and not understanding that 'estimated between 2-6 April' actually means whenever the f they like.

I have and they were excellent in sorting out the problem and I received a goodwill credit from them.

Basically, I received a parcel and it didnt have the payment slip inside. They gave me the sort code and account via email. I then paid it into the bank and thought no more of it. Then I got late payment charges and eventually discovered the email they sent contained the wrong account number so although the company had my money it was a completely different division that had received it!

They were great on the phone and it was easily sorted.

I find their customer services shockingly bad. At best you get a £5 off coee that is readily available online. They regularly miss items off an order or send the wrong thing then you have a wait on a premium rate number to pay again and get their error refunded when you return it. So much hassle.

I started a similar thread a few months ago after returning a few items and it taking four weeks to get a refund. Also got a telling off email re. The codes and they ignored my suggestiion that they stop using the codes if they are that bothered. Their whole attitude sucked really. I had returned an order to Gap at exactly the same time and got a refund within about three days.
I will not use h and m online now. Too much hassle for disappointing clothes.
