Seeing skin benefits of Omega 3

I've been taking Omega 3 for about six weeks now and in the last couple of days I've really started to see the difference - mainly my skin looks more dewy, and even toned and my eyes are brighter despite not getting much sleep with 18month old, I generally look really well.

I haven't changed anything else so am putting it down to the Omega 3!

I swear by fish oils for my skin, it's one of the best things I've ever taken.

That's great! I have been taking cod liver oil for a few weeks and have noticed my skin feels and looks much, much better recently. In the same time though I have also been using the Amazon facecloths recommended on the Dermaflannel thread, so am not sure which to attribute the improvement to. Both, I suppose.

I've just started taking fish oil capsules. Anyone else who takes them, how many do you take a day? I take one but it says up to 3 a day on box.

i'm taking them for depression but my skin has been so dry, i think stress related..so i hope it helps inside and out

I have been taking two in the morning but might have to check
now what it said on the box! Joints seem less stiff in the morning too.
