I had eyelash extensions - they are amazing

I am a beauty therapist & swapped a facial for extensions. I love them. They feel so light & natural. They curl up nicely too just like I'm wearing a good mascara. I wished I'd had them done ages ago.

I think I'm already addicted. I keep looking at them. I love them so much. The girl did am excellent job & I am following all the after care.

I kept them up for over a year but when I eventually stopped I had none of my own lashes left. Did look great though, feels a bit odd when you swim.

They are gorgeous. When my friend had them done, I couldn't stop looking at her! But as above, they'll rip your own lashes out with them eventually. You've been warned!

I had eyelash extensions for over a year (about four years ago)
They were amazing, looked lovely and made my make up routine so easy.

However, they ruined my once lovely long thick natural lashes.
After about five months I wanted to stop getting them, but because of the state of my natural lashes I couldn't not have the extensions.
Eventually I had no choice as my natural lashes were so bad they made the extensions look awful.

I was left with partially bald, patchy lashes.
And what grew back was even worse.

The extensions somehow damaged my lash follicles, so when new lashes grew back, they grew back crooked. There were spaces in my lashes for years. And I ended up wearing stick on lashes daily for three years.

Four years later and my lashes are still not the same, no amount of mascara or curling can get them to fan out the way the used to. Instead of growing like this ||||||||||||||| my lashes still grow like this ||\ //||/ /| |\|/

I wish I never had eyelash extensions, even four years later my lashes are still ruined.
And I followed all of the aftercare advice and never 'picked' them out.

I get them done for special events, so maybe twice a year. They look so fabulous but my hairdresser is trying to convince me to just apply my own dailies with dramatic ones for the evening.
