Please help me to find shoes and something to cover my arms

It's my dad's wedding in August. I've managed to find that dress that looks nice. But I'm useless with matching shoes and accessories. I need something to cover the tops of my flabby arms too.
I'm tall and don't usually wear heels so don't want anything too high. I'm a size 22 clothes and size 8 shoe and on a tight budget. Please help me.

Not very original I know but pashminas can be picked up cheaply and come in loads of colours and best of all one size fits all. I've just ordered one for 3 pounds off amazon for a wedding in a couple of weeks.

I was just looking at shawls too. One in NAy of the colours from the print on the dress would be lovely, personly I'd go with one of the stronger colours but you don't have too. BHS had some in for small money, I saw. Also a 20% off code: HAPPYDAY and free deliveries on orders over a tenner as standard.

Could you stretch to an inexpensive wee hat to pull it all together?
