86 items in my wardrobe, but nothing to wear. Help me create outfits from what I have.

I have just counted all the items in my wardrobe - 86. This is after a big clear out of items that don't fit or don't suit me. So loads of clothes - nice clothes - but nothing to wear.

Most days I put on jeans, a long sleeved jersey top and a cardigan. This is warm and, as I work from home, practical. But I want to look stylish and feel good about what I'm wearing, but I can't seem to create outfits out of my clothes - just stick to wearing about six items over and over again. Where do I start? How do I do it? Should be easy, but its not.

I look best in bright colours - greens, reds, oranges - had my colours done ages ago which confirmed that brights were for me, though I wear mainly black and grey. I have some brights, and have some money to buy a few more clothes, but don't know where to start.

I had this problem and bought styleapp [ipad/iphone] which has really helped me. Also I did a lot of research on creating capsules collections like this:

Start a pinterest board and pin your items to it. Then we can help you!
