I bought it from Amazon, shipped from France. Don't really rate it to be honest, find it a bit drying.

L'Oreal has a version that some people are finding almost identical, L'Oreal Skin Perfection Micellar Solution. There are lots of reviews on YouTube.

What exactly do you use it for? Always see youtubers rave about it but never heard why...

I again don't really rate it, I only ever use it to remove eye make up and tbh can't tell I difference between it a simples eye makeup,remover.
