What to wear under sheer nude top?

Have a lovely sheer nude top but can't wear it as almost totally see through.
What the hell do I wear under it?!
The neckline is quite high so anything lower looks a bit daft iykwim?

i know its cold but its for a party and i have nothing else to wear! have spent last year in sweaters and joggers. need to defuzz, tan and wear normal clothes for a day at least!

I'd go for a camisole top in a similar tone.

Layer it over another vest in a contrasting colour?

Otherwise yes, camisole, similar tone as Singing says.

Have been through wardrobe and nothing works with it! Will have to venture to the shops.

What about a bandeau style top, ( boob tube) in a neutral colour ?

Afraid not, similar problem to bra. Small children will be at the party. Can not scare them.

May have to rethink outfit or just wear joggers and sweater
