Micro Pedi Hard skin remover - where have you been all my life?!?

Bought one this morning (impulse buy), £39. Was worried it would be meh but just used it and my feet are like babies feet! No scrubbing, you just move it slowly up and down your heel and it does all the hard work. Uses 2 AA batteries, but its really powerful and doesn't stop if you apply too much pressure, and is really really effective!

Anyone else got one? I had to spread the word! Promise its worth the money.

This seems like just the thing for DH. He is on his feet all day and the skin is awful. He needs something hardcore to remove it.

I'm still using the Soap & Glory foot buffer....which I view as part of my exercise regime - aspire to the MP though

I have been a complete sheep and ordered one from Amazon. I loathe my feet and they are only acceptable after spending ages with the Soap and Glory buffer thingy. Hope this really works, Tatty - you may have changed my life!!!

Yes. I bought one at Christmas and it's amazing. I use it on my toes. My heels are fine, it's my toes that need it.

I am still doing the full medi-pedi thing this week though (industrial machines sanding the dead skin away!) - but this will keep it up.

I bought one from Argos a few weeks ago - it was the cheapest price I could find - and I LOVE it. Just one go with it and my feet were like new. No more Pedi-Egging for me!! My DH has got awful hard skin on his feet and it's worked miracles for him too. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I've been wondering whether to get one or not for a while. I got the Soap & Glory file which was recommended on here. It's great for my heels but doesn't do much for the hard skin on the balls of my feet. Would you say the medi pedi has more 'shaving power' than the Soap and Glory or does it do the same thing but with less effort?

The Soap and Glory one is the biz, if you don't mind doing the hard work. It really is bloody good, I have one and I love it.

This one, re shaving power - probably more or at least on the basis that you are not physically doing it so you could run it up and down and stuff.

That said if you have a massive pad of hard skin, get it done by a podiatrist.

Also, look at some 10% or 15% aha lotion

But for maintenance, best on the market, if not a cure, but actually if you have the mega hard pad of skin from walking miles in high heels, you might need professional help...
