I want a new birthday dress!

Any mumsnetters to help? Its not a big birthday, I'll be 26 next month but having a 3year old I haven't really celebrated my birthday for the past 3 years. About 15 friends and my dp are going to a cocktail bar and I want to look fab :). I'm 5'5 a size 8, c cup and tend to stick to black but like lace too. Any ideas?! Budget £50.
