I've let DH cut my fringe <cries a lot>

Decided my 'side swept' fringe was rubbish (it was) so I watched some YouTube tutorials and had a go at a blunt fringe. It looked ok at first, a teeny bit too long because I was doing it grafually. Then DH pipes up that he'll help me.

Honest to God, he looked me deep in the eyes and said 'trust me, it'll be fine'

It's not fine. It's too short. It's very wonky. I'm really upset. He's upset because I'm upset.

I know you're going to tell me to go to the hairdressers but the reason I didn't go in the first place is I hate to! The last time I went to one (about 8 weeks ago) she actually sneered at me because I said I don't have much money and tend to do it myself

I think it looks ok, I was expecting some tufts of hair sticking up at the top of your forehead .

That's fine. You can always point cut into it to even it up if its othering you

It looks fine! I actually like the length - I'm not really a fan fringes that cover your eyebrows.

Ooh, I actually really like it. I was expecting something a lot shorter, and properly wonky. It's not wonky at all, it's choppy, and a lovely length. I like it. :)

Thank you! It's still wonky but hopefully as people have said in a week or so I'll be able to sort it! And yes, absolutely mad to let DH near it. I've just remembered I dunched the car last week, I asked DH if this was his revenge!!
