Do I get a BF dress or a dress suitable for BFing?

DS is going to be baptised at the end of June. I need a dress for the service/reception that I can BF in.

He's 4 weeks old now and I'm back to my usual size 10, but with 30J boobs which mean I can't fit into my old tops easily. I also now have a CS 'shelf' thanks to a placental abruption Sad

With DD I had a jersey BFing dress but I felt frumpy in it. I was wondering if I'd be better off in a shirt dress or wrap dress that wasn't made for BFing.

I saw this JoJo dress, which I quite like, but not sure how the BFing part will look IRL - has anyone seen it? www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/sp+navy-breton-stripe-breastfeeding-dress-in-breastfeeding-tops-and-dresses+b4716

Has anyone seen anything else suitable? I did see a nice shirt dress but it was £££!

Budget £60ish. I'm 29. Brown hair. Green eyes. Would like to avoid sleeveless.

The print one is nice too

I'd wear a nice dress that was suitable for BFing, think 'BFing' clothes are generally horrible. I'd say you might end up exposing more than you'd really want with the shirt dress unless you plan to wear a vest underneath that can be pulled up/down as appropriate.

Good thought! I just loved the dress and thought it might work!

Have you seen the Frugi BFing dresses ? I've got one and love it :)

Or are they the frumpy ones? [frets about being frumpy]

Watching with interest. I need a dress for a wedding. Love the shirt dress but pricey for viscose. i think i will keep a lookout for shirt dresses as they van be worn again and I think specific breast feeding dresses are pretty ugly.
