Just that really - what products actually work?

Go to your chemist and ask for a 500g tub of Emulsifying Ointment BP.

It's fab! Need to put socks on after application but it really is good. If the cracks are bleeding, go to doc and ask for steroid cream which clears them up well, at the same time ask for above cream on prescription.

Hope they clear up soon.

Aqueous cream and socks. Cheap as chips and does the job

Lansinoh nipple cream is great! I read about it on here once and it really does work. I put it on most nights then wear socks for a bit. I'm also going to get one of those soap and glory files next time I go shopping

All those files are shit for proper hard skin.
To get a hard skin peeler get the loyds chemist corn remover. It's like a cheese slicer with real blades. Amazing
